The Students of MCA who have been allotted seat in this Institute through JEE, Orissa 2010-11 are required to take admission in the Institute either on 27.08.10 or 28.08.10. They are to report for admission at 10.00 A. M. with the following documents and fees:-

1. Original Certificates & Mark sheets along with a set of Xerox copies of all certificates and mark sheets from HSC onwards.

2. Blood Group Certificate.

3. 3nos. of Passport size color photographs.

4. Original Conduct Certificate.

5. Fees receipt of part of Admission fee.

6. Xerox copy of Rank Card

7. Seat Allotment Letter

8. Declaration (Appendix-VII)

9. Admit Card (Original)

10. Two Bank Draft for Rs. 18500/- & Rs. 6500/- in favour of “Principal, Institute of Management & Information Technology, Cuttack” payable at Cuttack.
